01When is the weekly meeting?+
Weekly meetings are held every Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM during the semester. Please check the club’s Discord announcements to confirm the meeting location before attending.
02How do I become a member?+
Join the Nighthawks Cloud Discord server and complete onboarding: introduce yourself, share your computer setup, post a photo from a recent trip, and read the club rules. Once onboarding is complete, you are officially part of the club.
03How is the club organized?+
Each campus has a president who organizes events. Secretaries coordinate communication, treasurers manage campus funds and help plan events, and the Executive Committee welcomes members and supports officer selection.
04What can members participate in?+
Members can join monthly online meetings, in-person gatherings, cloud and cybersecurity workshops, networking events, capture-the-flag competitions, and social or wellness activities.
05How do I stay active?+
Watch the announcements channel for polls and event updates. React to polls to indicate your interest so the executive team can plan for the right number of participants.
06How can I join the Executive Committee?+
Executive Committee members are selected based on exceptional, sustained participation. Presidents, the faculty advisor, and current EC members assess candidates through their contributions to the club.
